The delivery men let us know 20 mins before they arrived. When they did arrive they unpacked and set up the sofa perfectly.

Good communication. 2 hour slot advised and phone call 50minutes prior to arrival. All packaging was taken away. Polite delivery men. The only area for improvement would be if they had tightened up the sofa cushion covers that are attached with Velcro, to make the sofa look as it should be.

The two delivery men couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. They brought my sofa in from the rain taking great care to make sure the fabric did not get wet. They also offered to remove their shoes before entering my house. They were very efficient. Overall, an excellent service. I do hope the two delivery men are able to see this review !
